White label SEO reports, sent as a link

Your client opens a report with your logo and details on it and none of ours. Rankings and Google numbers, fresh every week.

What white label means here

The report you send is yours to put your name on. This is exactly what the client sees and what they don't.

No Duality anywhere

No Duality name, logo or menus on the page. It sits on a neutral web address that doesn't mention us.

Your branding on top

Add your logo, company name, website, email, phone, address and a short description. They show as a letterhead above the report.

Their site in the middle

The report carries your client's own site name and icon, so it reads as theirs, from you.

From first site to sent report

Three steps, and only the first repeats for each new client.

  1. Add the client's site

Add the site and its keywords, and choose the country or city its customers search from. If the client shares Search Console and Google Analytics access, their clicks and visits join the report.

  2. Add your branding

In Settings, under "Share this report", upload your logo and fill in your details. With more than one site, "Use on all my sites" copies them across in one click.

  3. Send the link

Create the share link, copy it and put it in an email, your client portal or your CRM's automated updates. It always opens the newest report.

What your client sees

A clean report, no login

The client opens the link and reads the whole report. There is no account to make and no password to forget, and nothing on the page can be changed.

  • Your logo and details at the top, and your company name, website and phone along the bottom.
  • Weekly and monthly reports, with past periods to look back through.
  • Each keyword's history on desktop and mobile.
  • It follows the client's own light or dark setting on their device.

What goes in the report

Rankings beside the client's own numbers

Rankings alone don't show whether the work pays off. The report puts them next to the figures the client already trusts, straight from Google.

  • Keyword rankings on Google down to position 30, on desktop and on mobile.
  • Clicks, impressions and click-through rate from Search Console.
  • Sessions and engagement from Google Analytics 4.
  • PageSpeed scores for desktop and mobile.

Weekly and monthly

A weekly report is ready every Monday and a monthly one on the 3rd. Search Console figures are re-read on Wednesday, once Google's data has settled.

Changes spelled out

A keyword that falls out of the top 30, or enters it, is marked as such. Each metric has a short plain-English note, so the client isn't left guessing.

Authority, monthly

Monthly reports add Domain Trust, backlinks and referring domains, so the client can see the links side of the work too.

You stay in control of the link

One link per client

The link stays the same until you replace it, so you can paste it once and every update carries the latest report.

Replace or switch off

Make a new link and the old one stops working at once. Turn it off when a client leaves and it stops straight away.

Private by design

Anyone with the link can open the report, so send it only to your client. Search engines are told not to list it.

White label is in every plan

Branding and share links cost nothing extra. The plans differ by how many sites you track, so pick by your number of clients. Keywords are per site.

Good to know

Not your own domain

The address is a neutral one we run, not yours. A custom domain for shared reports isn't available.

A link, not a plug-in

There is no direct CRM connection. You paste each client's link where you want it, once.

Top 30, not top 100

We check the first three pages of Google, in English. Below that, the report says "not in top 30" rather than guessing.

White label SEO report questions

What is a white label SEO report?

It is a report you send to a client under your own name, with no sign of the tool that made it. With Duality that is a private link to a read-only page showing the client's rankings, Search Console clicks, Analytics visits and page speed, carrying your logo and details.

Will my client see the Duality name anywhere?

No. The shared report has no Duality name, logo or menus, and the web address doesn't mention us. The page shows your client's own site name and icon, plus your logo and details if you add them.

Can I add my own logo and details?

Yes. Upload a PNG logo, at least 120 by 30 pixels and under 500 KB, and add your company name, website, email, phone, address and a short description. All of it is optional. It is set for each site, and "Use on all my sites" copies it to the others.

Can I use my own domain for the report?

Not at the moment. Reports open from a neutral web address that we run, with no Duality name in it. It isn't your own domain, so the honest answer is no custom domain.

Do my clients need an account to open it?

No. They open the link and read the report. Nothing can be changed from that page.

How do I send the report to a client?

Create the share link in Settings, copy it and paste it into an email, a client portal or an automated message in your CRM. Each client's link stays the same and always opens the newest report. It is a link, not a direct connection to your CRM.

How many clients can I do this for?

One share link per site, so it depends on your plan: Lite covers 1 site, Pro 3, Scale 10 and Max 20. White label sharing is included on every plan.
