Automated SEO reports for freelancers and their clients
Weekly rankings and Google numbers in an unbranded report. One link per client that always shows the latest.
Report night is unpaid work
Screenshots from three tools, pasted into a document, saved as a PDF, then emailed. Every month, for every client.
Building it by hand
A client emails "is it working?" halfway through the month, and you have nothing current to show them.
Between reports
A report with another company's logo on it makes a client wonder who is really doing the work.
Someone else's name
Set it up once per client
After that, the report keeps itself up to date.
- 1
Add the client's site
Add their site and the keywords they care about, and set the country or city their customers search from. Once Google is connected, you get suggestions from their own Search Console.
- 2
Connect their Google
The client shares read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics with our service account. Nobody hands over a password.
- 3
Send them their link
Copy the client's share link into your CRM, an email template or your monthly update. It opens the newest report every time.
One link per client, always up to date
Made for automated client emails
Each client's link stays the same until you replace it, and every Monday it shows a fresh report. Put it once in the automated emails your CRM already sends, and every update carries the latest numbers.
- No Duality name, logo or menus, on a neutral web address that doesn't mention us.
- Your client sees their own site name and icon at the top.
- Read-only, with past reports and each keyword's history.
- Turn it off when a client leaves, and the link stops working.
You can add your own logo and details to the report. The address is a neutral one we run rather than your own domain. Anyone with the link can open it, so send it only to the client. More on white label SEO reports. Example data from a demo site.
A report your client can follow
Rankings and results, side by side
Your client sees where their keywords rank on desktop and mobile, beside their Search Console clicks, Analytics visits and PageSpeed scores. The trends chart shows the direction over months, not just this week's number.
- Every metric has a short plain-English note.
- Keywords on page one, and what climbed or slipped.
- Monthly reports add Domain Trust, backlinks and referring domains.
Example data from a demo site. Real sites are checked down to position 30.
And one email for you
Every client in one email
When reports are ready you get one email, not one per client. A few sites get a card each with their biggest climb and fall, and more get an overview table.
Know what to say first
The email picks out the change most worth a look, like a keyword falling off page one, so you can mention it before the client does.
Weekly and monthly
Weekly reports are ready every Monday and monthly ones on the 3rd, in every plan. Download any of it as a CSV if you want your own copy.
Plans for a handful of clients
Both include weekly and monthly reports, the share links and the email reports. Keywords are per site, so every client gets their own allowance.

Good to know
A link, not a plug-in
There is no direct CRM connection. You paste each client's link where you want it, once.
Top 30, not top 100
We check the first three pages of Google. Below that, the report says "not in top 30" rather than guessing.
No competitor tracking
Duality tracks your clients' own sites. It doesn't follow where their competitors rank.
Questions freelancers ask
Can I send the reports from my CRM?
Yes. Each client's link stays the same until you replace it and always opens the newest report, so you can add it once to an automated email, a monthly update or an invoice email. It is a link, not a direct connection to your CRM.
Will my client see the Duality name?
No. The shared report has no Duality name, logo or menus, and it sits on a neutral web address that doesn't mention us. The page shows your client's own site name and icon, and you can add your own logo, name, website and phone number at the top and bottom. The address is ours rather than your own domain.
How often does the report update?
Rankings are checked every week, with the weekly report ready on Monday and the monthly one on the 3rd. Search Console figures are re-read on Wednesday, once Google's data has settled.
What does my client need to give me?
Read-only access to their Search Console and Google Analytics 4 property, shared with our service account. Without it you still get rankings and page speed, but not clicks or visits.
How many clients can I track?
The Pro plan covers 3 sites and the Scale plan 10, each with its own keywords and location. You can move keywords between sites if you set one up in the wrong place.
What happens when a client leaves?
Turn their share link off in Settings and it stops working straight away. You can also remove their site from your account.
